activities have caused
and will continue to
cause Apple
irreparable harm, for
which it has no
adequate remedy at
law, unless Motorola's

4. Sugar exports may begin next month
Sugar exports are set to begin next month with the government
likely to expedite the processing of applications from sugar mills
for release of about 5 lakh tonne of sugar for exports.
Large exports from India could swiftly depress global sugar
prices, frittering away the very advantage that the sugar mills
and exporters from here hope to gain . This is the first time in
nearly 15 years that the Indian sugar industry finds itself in a
position of projected plenty even while the global market is
experiencing supply tightness and firm prices.

6. Export growth speeds up to 23.2%, makes space for capital flow curbs
Exporters rose to a 24-month high
in September while imports grew
a tad less, lowering the trade
deficit and creating policy space
for the government to restrict
the destabilising capital flows
without worrying about funding
the large gap between imports
and exports.
Exports grew 23.2% to $18.02
billion while imports rose 26.1%
to $27.1 billion, which helped
restrict the trade deficit to $9.12
billion from an alarming more
than $13 billion in August.
