1. A Study of Tourist behavior and Mode Choice
Preference of Kenting Express Bus
This study explore the mode choice behavior of Kenting tourist by questionnaire
and stated preference method. The results show that over 60% of respondents travel to
Kenting more than once time a year in average, and only 25% of respondents familiar
with Kenting Express Bus. In the mode choice model, the effect of journey time and
destination travel modes were not significant, both of the journey cost and destination
traffic cost had the negative utility on tourist.
