My journey

2. This is my painted Picture which I made for my
Freedom Plan journey. It is made in February
2015 for my companies:
• Irene de Boer Career Coaching & Training
• Road2Energy
• Coaching en Granada
By publishing it, I bring it out into space and time and
let all the intentions and energies do their work.
Enjoy the trip!

3. What I do? And why
My Life purpose statement once was and still is:
“Ik ben de respectvolle ontdekkingsreiziger die
de weg baant om mensen te laten groeien.”
Translated: I am the respectful explorer who helps to
make way for people to grow.

4. What I do? And why
I have a business that combines and
delivers as separate products :
Personal development coaching, Stress
coaching and Career coaching.
 For personal development coaching I use nature and
city coaching. I do it everywhere in the world, but the
city coaching mainly in Granada, Spain.
 For stress coaching I use the innovative and effective
method Neuro Imagination coaching.
 For career coaching I make use of several techniques
and I use my own developed workbook.

5. What I do? And why
 For Neuro Imagination coaching I offer one on one
coaching and 4/5 times a year a one week (group)
intensive with online follow ups and after three months
a live coming back moment.
 I also offer VIP weeks that include tourism and meals.
 Online I offer webinars and my online prevention
training.
 I have written two bestselling books on city coaching
and on Neuro Imagination coaching
 I have developed an app and a coaching card game.

6. What I do? And why
I do what I do, because:
It is my mission to help people forward and
help them find the life they want.
By giving them the tools and the insights they
need to become happy.
So I know the world will be a better place.

7. How I feel?
I feel great. I have a good health
that allows me to do what I want to
do whenever I want to do it. I am
self-confident open and
trustworthy.
I have my boyfriend sometimes
close and sometimes further away.
Anywhere where I have my home I
have good friends. Some of them I
have known for half of my life and
some I just met.

8. How I feel?
I have two homes over the world (Granada,
Spain and The Netherlands) and in the future
a home in NY.
I enjoy travelling and seeing the world
whenever I have time.
I earn sufficient money so there is no need to
worry about the costs.
I go running three times a week.
My weight is as I want it to be.
I still go Argentinian Tango dancing on a
regular base. Sometimes when I am in the
Netherlands I take classes and otherwise I
participate in salons.

9. How I feel?
I also feel great when I
consider what I have
achieved, where my
business has gone and how
internationally I can
operate.
I feel grateful for the
possibilities this lifestyle has
given me.

10. What is my business’ culture and spirit?
I have an international culture as Spanish, English
and Dutch are the mayor languages we operate in.
I have a VAs who speaks Dutch/English and on a
regular base I have one Spanish/English speaking
VA.
The spirit is enthusiastic, high energy people who
love dealing with others. My clients are also highly
motivated in achieving what they want to achieve.
Humor is a part of my way of dealing with clients.
Thanks to humor you can be confronting also.

11. What is my business’ culture and spirit?
Mirroring and giving feedback is an important
value in my company.
I think you are never too old to learn. Live is a
long living learning lane. I stimulate my people,
myself and my clients to continue developing
their selves.
Freedom and sincere interest in and respect for
others are other values that I hold high.

12. What does my brand and image
stand for and represent?
My brand stands for effective and efficient
dealing with your problems in a humor full and
intuitive way. It is also represents respect for
one and another and for all cultures.

stand for and represent?
Thanks to my coaching and training
my clients become whole again. The
client feels what is best for him/her.

14. What does my brand and image
stand for and represent?
The symbol of Road2Energy stands
for the integration of all 5 senses
into one whole and that is also what
my brand represents.
The symbol of the mill of Irene de
Boer Career Coaching & Training
stands for the transformation that
happens and for Don Quichote and
Sancho Panchez. Let me be the one
to guide you on your way.
In the symbol for Coaching en
Granada is the C of coaching
transformed into a Pommegranate,
the symbol of the city of Granada.

15. How profitable is my business and
what have I launched?
My business is profitable.
 I have successfully launched my books; Coaching en Granada and
BLISSFULL , How Neuroimagination changes your life
 I also launched the app BLISSFULL.
 I have developed an online training on prevention of stress and
my stress tests and balance scans are used widely.
 I have several speaking engagements (all over the world in all
three languages).
 I have 4 to 5 times a year intensive coaching weeks, sometimes
VIP.
 I have regular workshops and webinars.
 And of course I have several one on one coaching sessions, live or
via skype.
I have finished the second part of the Neuro Imagination training,
and can now also treat clients with traumas.

16. How do I show leadership?
I show leadership by publishing articles in
well-known magazines, by writing blogs and
newsletters, by publishing books and by giving
workshops, seminars, etc.
I also show leadership by living what I preach.

17. How do I communicate
with my clients?
• I communicate with clients live on one on one
coaching, workshops and with my coaching
(VIP)weeks.
• I also use skype (or any new program with the
possibility to see each other while chatting
online for one on one coaching).
• I also communicate via social media, like Twitter,
Facebook, Google +, Linkedin and of course my
websites with blogs and newsletters.
• I also see (possible new) clients via speaking
engagements, workshops and trainings

18. How do I communicate with
the media?
• I have press releases and interviews with
newspapers as I am the first to use the effective
method of Neuro Imagination in Spanish. I can
back up my story with researches done by the
founder of the method and by telling about
personal success stories.
• I am asked by experts in related fields for
webinars or interviews by them.
• I publish articles in magazines and books.

19. How do I communicate with
my friends?
Friendship is important to me. In the past years
I have come to know the importance of
friendship.
• Every time I am close to my friends I make as
much time as possible to spend time with
them, to go out for a drink, a movie, dinner
or do to activities together.
• If I am in another country I use whatsapp and
Skype a lot.

20. What systems do I have in place?

21. What does my team look like?
 I have one steady VA, who is Dutch, but is also fluent in
English. On a regular base I hire a Spanish/English speaking
VA. I also know them both personally. I communicate with
my VA’s on a daily basis.
 I have a website designer who I use every time I want a new
website or a new feature I do not know how to implement
myself.
 I also have an accountant who keeps track of my
bookkeeping.
 I sometimes pay extra people to translate things for me, but
usually my VA does it when I do not feel like doing it myself

22. What does my team look like?
We have an open relation and give each
other feedback and mirror each other if
needed.
I have full trust in my team.

23. What does my daily life look like?
My life is a perfect mixture of work and leisure
time.
I spend a max of 6 hours on work at daily base
and sometimes a lot less. I spend the rest of the
day on enjoying life with good food, leisure time,
running and dancing. Spending time with friends,
or just relaxing on my terrace or patio (doing
nothing or reading books).
On a regular base I read professional books to
keep developing myself and I take trainings with
international experts.

24. What lifestyle do I have set up?
I plan on yearly base always a half month off to
deal with developing ideas and getting through
all the material I gathered over the year and
have not taken time to read through.
I always take one month a year off to travel the
world. Spend time in one country I would like to
get to know. I always travel on a self-organized
(non)scheduled. I travel locally and use local
transportation and if possible use local hotels
and B&Bs. Sustainable tourism is still important
to me.

25. How do I incorporate wellness and
balance into my life?
I incorporate wellness and balance in my life by
spending every day some hours on me time, whether it
is with others or alone. I also go to the sauna one day in
a month. Perfect way to relax and to give my body the
treatment it needs.
Also I run three times a week and sometimes more,
when I train for an important competition.
I also keep my body relaxed by dancing on a regular
base the Argentinian tango and going for walks, either
in the mountains or in nearby surroundings.

26. How do I incorporate wellness and
balance into my life?
I am careful with what I eat, but I am not a control
freak, as I love good meals with my boyfriend, family
and friends. I also enjoy wine and spirits, but take care
never to take too much in. There is no need to get
drunk. It is just to enjoy it.
Next to the full month off as holidays, I take one
weekend a month to go somewhere with my boyfriend
to have some quality time together. This keeps our
relationship good. In times we are not living together I
visit him once a month.

27. Who are my mentors?
My coach with whom I meet once a month,
whether it is live or via skype.
Other mentors are people from whom I can
learn things, so are the international experts I
follow and of whom I attend courses and
trainings.
But also friends and my boyfriend are my
mentors sometimes. They can keep me with my
two feet on the ground, when I have all kinds of
great plans and ideas.

28. What are my relationships like
with my family?
With my sister I have almost daily contact via
Whatsapp. Sometimes we just chat about the
weather.
With my father and mother I talk once a month
and sometimes we app. Whenever we have
news we know where to find each other.

29. What are my relationships like
with my friends?
With my best friends I talk over the phone or skype
twice a month when abroad or we use Whatsapp.
Or I see some of them on tango salons and lessons
when I am in the Netherlands.
The friends I am close to (geographically) I intend to
see face to face at least two times a month, some I
see more often, others only once a month.
Luckily FB keeps us updated on everything that is
going on.

30. What are my relationships like
with my partner?
I live together with my boyfriend whenever
possible. He has his own life and lifestyle. We
have a lot in common, but also our on hobbies
and friends.
We call each other daily, even when we live
together, although then the calls are a lot
shorter.
We do plan some quality time together as we
know we need it to keep our relationship good.
