(Mr. Grieco)Let’s take a closer look at some of the tools and materials that are and will be available to IRD employees:-Social Media Visibility and Assets Audit – concluded in November, full findings available online; additional plans and materials to follow (i.e. Digital Missions and Digital Embassies plans, with which we’ll be working closely with our offices to roll out)-Social Media Policy - draft reviewed today, feedback will be incorporated-Social Media Training Modules (Belt System) – to be rolled out week, be on the lookout for an email with access details (will be accessible through portal.ird.org) -Communications Manual - print version will be distributed in the next month, searchable microsite available in early 2011
