- 4. ● Honesty.. ➢ Leader should be honest and must have ethical behaviour a key value and there team will follow suit.
- 5. ● Ability to delegate.. ➢ Delegation is the assignment of responsibility or authority to another person to carry out specific activity.
- 6. ● Communication.. ➢ Training new member and creating productive work all depend on healthy lines of communication.
- 7. ● Sense of humor.. ➢ If your website crashes and you lose that major client or your funding dries up, guiding your team through the process without panicking is as challenging as it is important.
- 8. ● Confidence.. ➢ Courage is what it takes up and speak , courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.
- 9. ● Commitment.. ➢ Commitment means staying loyal to what you said ,you were going to do after the mood ..you said it in has left you.
