• Each month Intuit calculates the number of Active Users,
excluding all free trial users of your application

• Developers can establish subscription billing plans for each
application. Today:
• Establish length of free trial period (in days)
• Price subscription rates for discrete # of users
• Intuit automatically charges End-User accounts and collects
subscription fees monthly on the anniversary date of the
application subscription
• No billing event can be below $5
