You can see more options by selecting
the ‘I want more options’ link.
These options allow you to
• make a private or public calendar
entry
• Set an email/text reminder for
yourself/colleagues
• Add to your colleagues calendars
• Link to contacts

The events on your calendar can
be put in a colour of your choice.
A nifty tip is to coordinate all your
colleagues calendars' in to
individual colours so you know
whose events are whose!

You can look at your colleagues
calendars’ individually or altogether
by selecting the person/everyone
from the drop down list on the top
right of the calendar

Use the two arrows
on the left side to
change the
day/week/month

You can export your calendar or print it by
selecting these tabs shown on the top left
of the calendar
The right side of the calendar
shows ‘Your Upcoming Events’
and ‘Assigned Tasks’
