Intouchcrm integrates with different systems to save you time and hassle transferring data between multiple systems. Kashflow is one such system, allowing you to run off invoices
2. How to integrate with Kashflow
1. Firstly, you need to sign up with Kashflow unless
you already have an account with them
2. Sign in & go to settings
3. Scroll down to the bottom and select
‘API Settings’
4. Tick ‘Enabled’ and un-tick ‘Restrict Access’
and update
3. 5. Head back to intouchcrm
6. Go to Setup & More integration
8. You can then ‘synchronise
Customers’ and click ‘ok’ to the pop
up box if you are happy
4. 9. You can then go on to create invoices. Go to ‘Leads & Sales’ on the left hand side
tab bar and then select ‘Invoices’ on the horizontal tab
10.Select ‘Add Invoice’
5. 11. Fill in the necessary details
12. Select ‘Add Item to Invoice’
6. 13. Fill in boxes and select
‘Add Item’
14. You can keep adding items and also add
payments when they have been paid
7. 15. You can then email it across to
the client and it will look similar to
the image shown
16. This is how it will look in the
Invoice tray. You can edit it at
any time by clicking the invoice
number
