This document contains an institutional sustainability indicator to evaluate different aspects of an organization. It includes 7 categories to measure strategic planning, human resources management, financial management, administrative management, intellectual property management, resource mobilization, and institutional communication. Each category contains several sub-indicators that are scored on a scale of 0 to 1 based on 4 alternatives or not applicable. The total scores across all categories are automatically calculated to assess the institution's overall sustainability. Instructions are provided on how to input scores for evaluation.
