skills. These questions are designed specifically to help hiring managers and employers find the right
candidate for a job vacancy. However, in order to be successful in the job interview process it is not
necessary to learn all 100 questions and answers, but it is good to be familiar with some of the questions
so that you can answer with confidence when asked during the interview.
These 100 interview questions are designed to bring out at least 20 of your specific qualities. These
include but are not limited to your ability to take action, flexibility, and positive outlook, ability to work as
a team, loyalty, initiative, and creativity, along with a variety of other skills. In order to handle these
questions be mindful of the following:
• Improve your nonverbal skills. You can effectively handle most of the 100 interview questions if
you practice good nonverbal communication. Good nonverbal communication includes standing
confidently, making eye contact and giving a firm handshake.
• Enhance your appearance. Be sure to dress appropriately for the interview, remember to dress
for success and you’ll definitely be confident while answering your interview questions.
• Use the appropriate language. You will be expected to answer professionally as well as
confidently. If possible, try to avoid using slang terms or any inappropriate words that may raise
issues. Be sure to keep an even tone and avoid sounding cocky or timid.
