Ad-Hoc Queries
Because you cannot (nor should) anticipate every user need

SalesLogix Query Builder is great, but…

  • Hard and complicated to use
  • User base must be trained
    in database querying to
    understand joins
  • Fields are difficult to find
  • Narrow condition definitions
  • Only uses SalesLogix data
  • Slow
  • Difficult to export data
  • Not customizable

                                                                                 14

Ad-Hoc Queries
Dynamic Table Builder

…so, use Dynamic Table Builder instead!
 • Simpler and more intuitive
 • Faster
 • Flexible
 • Controlled

Dynamic Groups
Because group creation should not take longer than group usage.
Use the power of Qlikview to custom define groups.
 • Multi-dimensional slice and dice
 • Run numerical queries
 • Filter on any field
 • Global search

Flexible Ranking
Because prioritized data is useful data.

3-Step Ranking Process:
    • Pick the entity (Account, Contact, Opportunity) to Rank
    • Pick the rank factors/variables
    • Assign weight to the factors/variables

Mobility
Because analytics should be where you are, not where your desk is.
• Develop once, deploy anywhere
• Reduce IT’s support burden
• Secure: data is stored on server, not the device
• Live Data

Embedded BI
Because BI is only relevant when you can see it.
• Timely, relevant, and actionable data in the normal
  course of CRM usage
• Integrate with BI not ETL
• Link to SalesLogix data directly within dashboards

Collaboration
Because two heads are (usually) better than one.

Notes:
   • Take notes on specific charts or objects, allow others
     to see notes

Shared Sessions:
  • No additional license cost, allow others to join same
     analysis session over the web

Email Integration
Because contact analysis means communication analysis.
• Dynamically pull email data and associate it to a SalesLogix
contact – regardless of CRM/Email synching
• Social Media Hook-Ins
• Keyword Analysis
