Why do we need Water FLOW and LEVEL measurement ? 
The quantity of stream-flow is an important factor in determining water quality and, thus, in interpreting water-quality data. The potential effects of contaminants on drinking-water supplies and aquatic habitats depend largely on the amount of water flowing in streams.

The power of this water, channelled down a tunnel drilled through the karst mountain, can generate an average 6,000 GWh of electricity per year.
