This study was conducted to determine the relationship
between interpupillary distance, interalar distance and the
width of the mouth to be used as a guide during selecting
the width of the six anterior teeth. J. Prosthet. Dent. 1991,
65-250-4.
1.A high significant difference between all measurements in
both sexes.
2. To estimate the combined width of the maxillary anterior
teeth, he suggest the average multiplying factor of 1.56 to
interalar width which was found in his study.
3. The authors suggest the use of more than one measurement
in the selection of the anterior teeth.
