back one step. Life happens.
Things change every day and it will
be hard to keep going. At the end
of each day, write down a goal that
you want to reach tomorrow.
Just do the best you can and keep
going.

Groups that understand
Organizations that help
Clubs to enjoy social events
Old friends to catch up
5. OPEN….
…..your heart and your mind.
Let yourself listen without
judgment. Try to find the
truth in what is said.
Are you listening?
What do you hear?
6. VALUE….
…..each and every day of your life.
Never be so busy that you don’t
have time to spend even a few
minutes each day with family and
friends.
Life is too short to wait. Take the
opportunity while it is still there.
7. ENCOURAGE…….
…..others on the road to recovery. It is
so much easier to do things when you
have support from another person.
Show understanding, love and
compassion.
8. REVIEW……
……your progress daily.
What goals did you set for yourself?
Did you accomplish them?
What are your goals for tomorrow?
Make sure you give yourself a pat on
the back for doing a great job.
