11. 1-Stay oriented – be present
You can’t find something you DON’T SEARCH for!
Happy few has very clear carrier objectives from a very early stage
For THE REST there is no miracle method (speak with others,
speak with yourself, try different things, be volunteer, take the
risk to go wrong!)
Forecasts suggest that by 2015, there may be as many as
700.000 unfilled job vacancies in the area of ICT
Make your own good choices during initial formation phase. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) – seem
to be the future for what concern education paths

Cultivate your taste for effort
You’ll not reach a goal if you don’t have one
Something to easy to be true, is not true. Don’t believe a word of
today’s Ads prone that speaks a lot about easiness ! Instead of this
- Build up a strong culture and become a real professional.
Avoid procrastination
Don’t let something for later, if you can do it now.

14. 3-Stay optimistic – think positive
You should stay optimistic in a world with a pronounced
taste for negativity.
Messages like “That’s a problem”, “You’ll fail!” , “You can’t do
it!”, “You have no chance!”, are more often encountered than
the opposite.
How to overpass it ?
Eliminate the source or negative messages around you
Focus on the present
Don’t be afraid to fail – STOP that fear that paralyse your actions
Create an ideal of you and then start making decision and choices

15. 3-Stay optimistic – disconnect
Set Aside Some Quiet Time to Recharge.
Make sure to set aside some time each day – even if it's just 15
minutes -- to turn off the phone, the laptop and the voices in your
head.
It's hard to feel optimistic when your batteries are always run
down.
Just enjoy the stillness and the calm and see how that little kid
inside is doing.

In a word that turns more and more on-line… basic
digital skills are mandatory in order to find a job
(people over 50 and from the rural area are most vulnerable)
Only 20% of our “daily surfing” is valuable, 80% is
trash
A lot of new jobs appear every day, young generation
should prepare for them and create them
For getting a job, skills and experience are
important, but attitude and values are crucial
