3. Pedigree Donation Glasses
Pedigree Adoption Drive
The Pedigree Adoption Drive offers support to thousands
of abandoned dogs across the country. While the
numbers hadn't dropped, unfortunately public interest
had.
Colenso BBDO thought up this innovative interactive way
to drum up public interest in New Zealand's Pedigree
Adoption Drive, the brand's effort to rescue and put up
for adoption abandoned dogs around the world.
By adapting the way 3D glasses work they were able to
simultaneously project two entirely different films on the
same screen.
Viewers at screenings of The Avengers were offered the
chance to make a small donation to the Pedigree
Adoption Drive and be provided with a pair of yellow
glasses. If they didn’t donate, they were handed red
glasses.
Utilising the technology, they shot two beautiful parallel
stories - one of a mistreated dog who gets rescued, the
other of the same dog who tragically never gets found.

4. Airtime
Chat Roulette for Facebook
Airtime is, in part, a service that allows people to easily
video chat with friends.
Described by its founders Shawn Fanning and Sean
Parker of Napster fame (in Parkers case Facebook fame
too), as a way to reach people outside their social
graphs.
The is the only live video chat product that is fully
integrated with facebook that allows you to chat with
your friends and also experience live video together and
watch friend reaction.
Airtime allows you to discover new friends based on
shared interests.
5. Rescue Drive
Orca Chevrolet
To promote the new Chevrolet Cobalt, a complete new
approach in test-driving was used. The most ideal
moment to convince people to buy a new car is when
their ‘old’ car lets them down. So when people ordered a
tow truck, a brand new Chevrolet came with it and they
were invited to use this car to get to their destination.
6. Lego create the greatest Euro moments
With the European championship underway, Lego have
recreated some of the best moments from the last 24
years of the competition and it’s an absolute treat for
football fans!
7. Outdoor shoe store
Goertz
Similar to Tesco’s virtual store Tesco’s virtual store
experience, German shoe retailer Goertz has turned
outdoor media into retail space. What’s interesting this
time, is that the experience is getting more personal and
more social.
An installation using 3 Kinect sensors means people can
virtually try on any shoe from the Goertz catalogue.
Social sharing is built into the experience via
facebook. A QR code is generated linking users to the
mobile commerce site with the shoe, size and colour –
ready for purchase and next day home delivery.
