basis for national-level coordination; (b) Consortium giving impetus to the
process of site integration
2. Conceptual guidance/leadership [ERAs # 1 & 3]
 Tools, approaches and programming frameworks.
 KM platforms (e.g., IFPRI-SROs current work on geo-spatial information -
Virtual Information Platforms.
