- ICT in Victoria has a focus on enabling quality teaching and learning.1. and 2. We focus on providing infrastructure, devices and content for teachers and students3. Teachers and students have access to a range of computers with a growing trend for 1-to-1 access particularly in years 9-12 funded by our Federal Government. 1-to-1 access provides anytime anywhere learning opportunities for our students.4. Wireless and wired networks are provided in all of our schools. Internet access is provided and all staff and students have email.A standard image has been created and is available for all staff and student computers that includes over 80 software titles.We provide a comprehensive online learning platform called the Ultranet which includes an extensive range of over 50 000 digital learning resources including teaching interactives, videos, images and websites that have all been quality assured by educators.Access to ICT enables our teachers and students to locate information, connect with others, to think, process their learning, create and collaborate.
