Prof. Dr. Sandra Ückert gives a perfect overview on the effect
of warm and cold treatments in sports. Examined was inter
alia pre-cooling influence of icelab -110°C on:

 exact definition of all targeted users incl. possible
collaborations / co-operations
 adequate diversified targeted communication
 adequate communication skills of staff (also not directly
involved once!), best already before opening
 pricing not to low, indirectly you can always lower the
pricing but it is hard to get it up again
 big variety of offers focusing target groups
