This is the Power Point Presentation from the National Centre of Manuscripts (GE) shown on their behalf to the ICARUS consortium at the ICARUS-Meeting #14 in Colmar (FR) as new member of ICARUS
2. The National Centre of Manuscripts was founded in
1958. Up to 9000 (5th-19th cent) Georgian
manuscript books, 5000 manuscripts books and
documents in foreign languages (Arabic, Persian,
Turkish, Armenian, Greek, German, Latin, Italian,
Hebrew, Polish, Mongolian), up to 200 personal
archives of famous Georgian and non Georgian
public figures are homed in its depositories.

historical documents and personal archives
• Conservation and restoration
• Digitalization
• Publication
