– We help you with specific adoption and technology best practices, software support is about
helping ensure IBM’s software is functioning correctly.
 “I entered a ticket 10 minutes ago, why haven’t I received an answer?”
– On-Demand Consulting is made up of experts in the various areas needed to successfully
implement, deploy and adopt Rational technology.
– Your question will be assigned to an expert based on the nature of your request.
– Response SLA is 2 business days, but typically we respond within ½ that time.
 “Can’t I just hire someone to support me and then they are dedicated to me?”
– Yes you could, however, you would be limited to that person’s experience and skill level.
