This document outlines a role-playing social experiment to be conducted by 17 research groups at IBBT. It describes 4 fictional characters that will be role played by the participants over 2 hours to enact one of three scenarios related to work at IBBT projects. The goals are to gain personal insights into workstyles, provide input for the Coconut project and MyBBT tool, and have the best team for each scenario awarded. Rules indicate that actions take TIME POINTS and have risks, with the team accumulating the most points winning.
