This document reports on the status of 6 nuclear power plants in Japan on March 20, 2011 following an earthquake. It finds that Units 1-3 sustained damage to their cores, containment structures, and buildings. The RPV water levels were around half full and pressure was stabilized. Seawater injection and spraying of spent fuel pools was occurring. Units 5-6 were in better condition with intact containment and cooling restored.
