+
 We need help to keep the web site(s) @ iGO eBooks™ moving
forward!
 It takes a lot of time, commitment and money to continue to update
this site alone with over 28+ web pages + 70 Social Media
websites + an arrays of other associated websites inked to the
writing/authoring, and publishing industry providing needed
material FREE for the asking! This excludes the work of material
to download and thousands of hyperlinks to a vast array of
relevant sources/resources from our main site. Readers/Authors,
Publishers, and other stakeholders can help in three simple and
easy ways.
 Firstly, becoming an annual sponsor of our web site with a
contribution of only £25.00 payable before downloading ANY
material. To fail to make payment deprives future development for
Voluntary Groups and penalises small organisations/groups so it is
imperative that those who engage with us through our web site(s)
help to enable positive support to the wider voluntary sector that
provided critical mission services in our communities!
+
 Secondly, in addition, or alternative, readers/publishers, and
associated users can sponsor a web page, (dedicated to their
concern, with logo suitably depicted, promoting appropriate
services or products linked to a host of search engines and
therefore locatable not just by people who specifically visit this
site, but by users of the Internet as a whole.
 Thirdly, by spreading the word about our web site(s), to every
reader/author, and publishing person they have ever talked to
as well as to other Voluntary Sector/non-for-profit bodies that
need help!
+
 In recognition of the direct kind support and to reciprocate the
same, acknowledgement of this will be accorded in our
extensive publicity material and in Press Releases, plus Web
site(s), (of which we have no less than eight), and web pages,
which would provide a excellent high profile and good customer
relations for sponsor(s) alone. Added to this will undoubtedly
be the excellent publicity/public relations this would create for
sponsor(s), coupled with the interest it would continue to create
on the part of other sources/companies involved, which, in the
past has precipitated networks/business for readers, authors,
publishers and other stakeholders who have supported us and
would potentially continue to be of value in terms of future
business.
+
 It cannot be stressed enough that the kind contribution would
not only be deeply appreciated but will go towards a very good
and worthwhile cause once again, PLEASE...PLEASE
SUPPORT!! Just the help with the provision of the some or all
of the sponsorship would make a significant difference and
valued contribution long remembered making this small
contribution a longer term investment rather than an expense.
 We can but once more only hope that prospective sponsor(s)
will feel able to help in some way in relation to the above in
support of this invaluable work, (targeted at new, small, and
emerging voluntary/charitable organisations/groups), if only as
a goodwill/customer relations exercise. The added benefit to
sponsor(s) of this work with the aid of the resources sought
would provide advertising for prospective sponsor(s) as well,
which would positively promote their business/body.
+

• Annual accounts (the most recent showing a breakdown of expenditure and income). As a new
author/publisher accurate projections (not gestimates) need to be drawn up by a skilled financial
person support by the Plan.
• Cash flow forecast for the next 12 months – [Bread & Butter Income]
• Record of predicted income and expenditure over at least the next 12 months
• List of e/books, with costs and income shown for each
• Breakdown of overhead costs
• Any expected or potential changes in costs
• List of current and secured income streams and applications made awaiting decision
• List of successful (and unsuccessful applications) made in the past
The organisational structure of the proposed charity should be reflected in the financial management
and budget, sometimes called ‘cost centres’ or ‘revenue centres’. Ensure that key personnel are
involved.
Types of figures - Income:
Advertisers > Sponsors > Subscriptions
Sales of e/books – [OnLine / Offline] > Tokens
Trading Loans > Other funding streams
+
Expenditure:
Variable costs – Costs that vary with output
Fixed costs do not change with the amount of output
Direct costs – costs directly caused by the activity and can include variable or fixed
costs
Overhead (indirect) costs – these are common costs that cannot be related as a direct
cost to activities and would still be there without that activity.
Core costs - the central costs of an author/publisher that enable it to function but
cannot be attributed to a particular project or activity; for example, ‘a salary’ or
percentage of income self-payable. They are often referred to as overhead costs.
Capital expenditure on fixed assets. These need to be planned for and since fixed
assets depreciate, allow replacement costs to be set aside over the life of the asset. It
is beneficial to do a cost–benefit analysis prior to any substantial expenditure on an
asset.
Contribution – what the activity is contributing to the fixed costs and surplus. A e/book
or associated service may have an income that exceeds the cost of providing it. Such a
surplus income will help to run other parts of the author’s/publisher’s work. However, a
launch/promotion or again associated service may be a cost to the author/publisher if
the streams of income received for it is insufficient to cover the full cost. If one of these
applies this should be taken into consideration in any financial plans or strategy.

Once advertisers click on the 'subscribe' link button it will open in a new browser screen to the 'secure' 'https' payment website!
  • 47. +  We need help to keep the web site(s) @ iGO eBooks™ moving forward!  It takes a lot of time, commitment and money to continue to update this site alone with over 28+ web pages + 70 Social Media websites + an arrays of other associated websites inked to the writing/authoring, and publishing industry providing needed material FREE for the asking! This excludes the work of material to download and thousands of hyperlinks to a vast array of relevant sources/resources from our main site. Readers/Authors, Publishers, and other stakeholders can help in three simple and easy ways.  Firstly, becoming an annual sponsor of our web site with a contribution of only £25.00 payable before downloading ANY material. To fail to make payment deprives future development for Voluntary Groups and penalises small organisations/groups so it is imperative that those who engage with us through our web site(s) help to enable positive support to the wider voluntary sector that provided critical mission services in our communities!
  • 48. +  Secondly, in addition, or alternative, readers/publishers, and associated users can sponsor a web page, (dedicated to their concern, with logo suitably depicted, promoting appropriate services or products linked to a host of search engines and therefore locatable not just by people who specifically visit this site, but by users of the Internet as a whole.  Thirdly, by spreading the word about our web site(s), to every reader/author, and publishing person they have ever talked to as well as to other Voluntary Sector/non-for-profit bodies that need help!
  • 49. +  In recognition of the direct kind support and to reciprocate the same, acknowledgement of this will be accorded in our extensive publicity material and in Press Releases, plus Web site(s), (of which we have no less than eight), and web pages, which would provide a excellent high profile and good customer relations for sponsor(s) alone. Added to this will undoubtedly be the excellent publicity/public relations this would create for sponsor(s), coupled with the interest it would continue to create on the part of other sources/companies involved, which, in the past has precipitated networks/business for readers, authors, publishers and other stakeholders who have supported us and would potentially continue to be of value in terms of future business.
  • 50. +  It cannot be stressed enough that the kind contribution would not only be deeply appreciated but will go towards a very good and worthwhile cause once again, PLEASE...PLEASE SUPPORT!! Just the help with the provision of the some or all of the sponsorship would make a significant difference and valued contribution long remembered making this small contribution a longer term investment rather than an expense.  We can but once more only hope that prospective sponsor(s) will feel able to help in some way in relation to the above in support of this invaluable work, (targeted at new, small, and emerging voluntary/charitable organisations/groups), if only as a goodwill/customer relations exercise. The added benefit to sponsor(s) of this work with the aid of the resources sought would provide advertising for prospective sponsor(s) as well, which would positively promote their business/body.
  • 51. +  Send your contribution to us via:  iGO eBooks™™ accepts payment using PayPal | Visa | American Express; plus other online methods, as below.  [Simply click the link to the web browser and press the 'return' key. This will automatically go to the payments web site to make a secure payment directly to us. Then just follow the step-by-step instructions provided.]  N.B: Contributions are not deductible, we are a for profit business that has provided such services as this for FREE since 2011, but we need help in keeping this site updated. We just cannot continue to do it alone. A Certificate of Contribution will be provided.
  • 52. +  Our Social Media is governed on an online policy embracing the publication of and commentary on social media by iGO eBooks™™ and its associated division. For the purposes of this policy, social media means any facility for online publication and commentary, including without limitation blogs, wiki's, and social networking sites, which, in the case of iGO eBooks™™ (at the time of publishing this Policy) includes Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ YouTube, BlogTalkRadio, BookMachine.me, Disqus, FastPencil, FeedaRead, Goodreads, T wubs, iAuthor, iLike, Indiegogo, iTunes, Amazon, Klout, Libib, LibraryThing, Foursquare, Listly, M ySpace, PodOmatic, Paper.li, Poken, Reverbnation, Riffle, Reddit, Scoop.it, Scribd, Secon d Life, Selz, Shelfari, Skype, Smashwords, SteamFeed, Ted Conferences, The Book Marketing Network, The Publishing Training Centre, Third Scribe, Thunderclap, UK Kindle Users Forum, Vladeo, Vimeo, WattPad, WebRing, WoodBox, Word It Out, Wordle, WordPress, World Literary Cafe, Writers & Artists, WritersCafe, Writing.Com, Yahoo Groups, Yammer,YuDu Media, Alexa, Forbes, iGO eBooks™ } Blogs, Booklikes, Storyfy, Mashable, Blogger.com, NetworkedBlogs, Tabsite, SocialOomph, Hoot Suite Media and Xing. • 66. + Expenditure: Variable costs – Costs that vary with output Fixed costs do not change with the amount of output Direct costs – costs directly caused by the activity and can include variable or fixed costs Overhead (indirect) costs – these are common costs that cannot be related as a direct cost to activities and would still be there without that activity. Core costs - the central costs of an author/publisher that enable it to function but cannot be attributed to a particular project or activity; for example, ‘a salary’ or percentage of income self-payable. They are often referred to as overhead costs. Capital expenditure on fixed assets. These need to be planned for and since fixed assets depreciate, allow replacement costs to be set aside over the life of the asset. It is beneficial to do a cost–benefit analysis prior to any substantial expenditure on an asset. Contribution – what the activity is contributing to the fixed costs and surplus. A e/book or associated service may have an income that exceeds the cost of providing it. Such a surplus income will help to run other parts of the author’s/publisher’s work. However, a launch/promotion or again associated service may be a cost to the author/publisher if the streams of income received for it is insufficient to cover the full cost. If one of these applies this should be taken into consideration in any financial plans or strategy.
