FAMILY LEDGER
A record of all charges, payments, and refunds issued on a family account.
CHARGE- A bill (or negative) entry on an account for product or services consumed. Includes a
Program (area of income), Charge Category (charge label), Charge Date, and Due Date.
PAYMENT- A payment or credit (or positive) entry made on an account for products or services
consumed. Associated/applied to outstanding charges to balance the family ledger.
