              Sebagaimana tradisi, tahun demi tahun, dengan perkenan
           lembaga pengarah iMAXX, kami bersama-sama berhijrah dari
            serantau ke rantau yang lain. Tapi, cara kami berbeza. Kami
             melakukan ini untuk membawakan setiap seorang daripada
             iMAXXian sepaket ang pow dan makan bersama. Ang pow
              dan makan-makan ini adalah sebagai penghargaan kepada
            sumbangan anda terhadap syarikat dulu dan kini! Jadi, Hoo-
           Rah dan semoga tahun naga yang baru ini membawakan kesi-
              hatan yang baik, kegembiraan yang berterusan, kerajinan
            yang lebih tinggi dan ang pow yang lebih besar tahun depan!

14 Februari adalah masa untuk bercinta. Masa untuk menunjukkan
rasa cinta kepada orang-orang yang disayangi di sekeliling anda. 
Dan jika anda terleka, inilah masanya untuk anda meraikan anak-
anak anda, ibu bapa, rakan-rakan di iMAXX, dan mungkin juga
motor dan kereta anda dengan sebanyak kasih sayang yang boleh!

                           Februari adalah masa yang sibuk untuk kita semua. Selepas Tahun
                           Baru Cina berakhir, kebanyakan outlet, tidak kira besar atau kecil,
                           telah memesan dan akan terus membuat pesanan barangan dengan
                           kuantiti yang besar untuk memenuhkan rak-rak mereka yang telah
                           kosong. Jadi tolong ingat bahawa segala tanggungjawab anda dalam
                           merchandising dan sales merchandising adalah sama penting dengan
                           kasih sayang dan cinta di Hari Memperingati Kekasih. Letakkan
                           sepenuh hati, jiwa, dan perasaan anda kedalamnya, ikut semua SOP
                           dan hidup anda akan lebih bermakna! HooRah!




Terima kasih Janette kerana telah memberi 2 kek cawan setiap seorang sempena

Perniagaan seperti iMAXX memerlukan latihan dan pemerhatian yang berterusan.
Kami telah meletakkan SOP-SOP sebagai alat yang paling tinggi nilainya dalam
perniagaan kita ini.

Tetapi alat hanyalah alat. Sumber manusia yang menggunakan alat ini juga harus
sentiasa dinaiktaraf, diberikan latihan dan ditambah segala nilai murni untuk diri
sendiri dan klien-klien yang dihormati.

iMAXX sentiasa dan akan terus meletakkan standard baru dan tinggi dalam bidang
perniagaan ini. HooRah! Dengan menggunakan peluang yang ada semasa pengedaran
ang pow, kami turut berkesempatan untuk menyelitkan sedikit latihan dan
mengemaskini maklumat perniagaan bersama semua! HooRah atas perhatian, masa,
dan tumpuan anda semua! HooRah!

S.A.S. – Pasukan Petugas Khas Kami!

                       menonjol walaupun yang lain telah
                                    gagal!


Untuk pengetahuan staf-staf baru iMAXX, bertahun yang lalu kita
telah mencipta istilah S.A.S (Special Assignment Squad
lah..bukan Special Air Service  ) Mereka-mereka yang tergolong
dalam kumpulan S.A.S ini adalah Merchandiser gred A, Rover,
Pembantu Supervisor dan juga Supervisor yang secara sukarela
menawarkan diri untuk melakukan tugas-tugas khas. Tugas-tugas
ini termasuklah apa sahaja arahan dari klien tanpa mengira waktu,
replanogram yang dilakukan secara ad-hoc, tugasan khas di luar
skop kerja dan yang sewaktu dengannya. Lelaki-lelaki dan wanita-
wanita ini adalah golongan khas yang ditakdirkan untuk
berkembang bersama iMAXX! HooRah!
SYABAS kepada semua ahli yang menggerakkan kumpulan SAS ini. Komitmen dan
dedikasi mereka untuk membawa tugasan khas ini boleh dikategorikan sebagai ‘Misi
Tercapai’! HooRah! Orang-orang yang berada dalam pasukan SAS ini
sememangnya amat membanggakan kami! Anda semua sentiasa melengkapkan
tugasan khas yang diberikan kepada anda dalam masa yang ditetapkan, dan semua
klien dan outlet sangat berpuas hati melihat hasilnya. HooRah!

Fadilah, Supervisor DL South 3, telah dinaikkan pangkat dan
                                              ditempatkan di HQ, sebagai Operations Executive yang baru di
                                              bawah penyeliaan Tisha.
                                              Jawatan baru beliau buat masa ini adalah Business Intelligence
                                              Executive (BIE) dan kemudian nanti beliau akan mengambil alih
                                              tugas di bidang Operations.
                                              Fadilah akan dilatih dalam bahagian:

                                              ● iMAXX OUTLET UNIVERSAL MASTERFILE (OUM)
                                               ● iMAPP
                                              ● IntelliCOMM
                                              ● IntelliMAXX

   Selamat datang anak-anakku. Tahniah diucapkan buat seorang Rover DL di Central, Mohd Nazri
   dengan kelahiran anak lelakinya. Nur Muhammad Aqil Qushayyi telah
   dilahirkan pada 9 Februari yang lalu. Seorang lagi bayi
   perempuan telah dilahirkan pada 24 Januari yang lalu. Alya Qaisara merupakan puteri kepada
   seorang Rover Coke di south, Noor Ameer bin Abas. Semoga kehadiran bayi comel ini menceri-
   akan lagi kehidupan kalian. Tahniah!

As a tradition, year in year out with clock work precision, and with the Directors’ pleasure that iMAXX join the exodus of people
moving everywhere. But we did it with a difference. We did it to bring every single one of iMAXXian, an Ang Pow and a get-
together Makan. The Ang Pow and Makan are an appreciation for your past year and present work contribution to the
company! So, HooRah and may the new Dragon year bring all of us good health, much happiness, diligent work and Bigger
AngPow next year! HooRah!

Valentine’s Day!
There is no…. in Love, battle and Business! Feb 14 was a time of loving. Time to shower special affection to your love 1, 2, 3
and 4  and if you have forgotten, please also shower your children, parents, iMAXX colleagues and your dependable car &
motorcycle with as much love too! HooRah!
February was a busy time for all of us. With CNY over, many outlets big & small, had ordered and will continue to order big
quantity of goods to fill up their shelves. So please remember that your responsibility in Merchandising & Sales Merchandising,
are as equally important as Valentine’s love… put your heart & soul into it, follow the SOP and your life will be fulfilled!

Killing 2birds with 1stone!
Business like iMAXX needs regular training and constant monitoring. We have in place any SOPs that have proven to be
invaluable tools for our trade.
But tools are simply just that. Human resources using these tools must also be constantly upgraded, training provided and
value added for ourselves as well as for our esteemed clients.
iMAXX has always and will continue to set new and higher standards in this green field business. HooRah! And taking
advantage of the Ang Pow Run, we also managed to slot in some time to do some training and Business Intelligence updates!
HooRah to all of you for your attention, time and dedication! HooRah!

S.A.S. – our very own Special Task Force!
The Brave will venture where others have failed!
For the new staff in iMAXX, we have years ago coined a term S.A.S. (Special Assignment Squad lah…not Special Air Service
)
And this SAS applies to all those ‘A’ grade Merchandisers, Rovers, Asst Supervisors and even Supervisors, who boldly
volunteered or ‘conscripted’ to do out of norm tasks.
The tasks can be overnight replay, graveyard shift replanogram, off-site special projects kind of services. These proven men &
women are a special breed destined to grow with iMAXX! HooRah!
SYABAS to our roving members of the SAS. Their dedication and commitment to carry out their special assignment had been
a ‘ Mission Accomplished’! HooRah!
The individuals in the SAS team are really making us very proud! You have always completed your assignment within record
time, and all the outlets and client are pleased with the result. HooRah! *tabik spring*

Fadilah, our DL South 3 SPV, got promoted and returned to HQ, as our new Operations Executive, reporting to Tisha.
Her new position is that of Business Intelligence Executive (BIE) and later she will also take on field Operations.
Fadilah will be fully trained on:
 SMSRS
 iMAXX OUTLET UNIVERSAL MASTERFILE (OUM)
 iMAPP
 IntelliCOMM
 IntelliMAXX.

HooRah! Killing 2birds with 1stone! Business like iMAXX needs regular training and constant monitoring. We have in place any SOPs that have proven to be invaluable tools for our trade. But tools are simply just that. Human resources using these tools must also be constantly upgraded, training provided and value added for ourselves as well as for our esteemed clients. iMAXX has always and will continue to set new and higher standards in this green field business. HooRah! And taking advantage of the Ang Pow Run, we also managed to slot in some time to do some training and Business Intelligence updates! The Brave will venture where others have failed! For the new staff in iMAXX, we have years ago coined a term S.A.S. (Special Assignment Squad lah…not Special Air Service ) And this SAS applies to all those ‘A’ grade Merchandisers, Rovers, Asst Supervisors and even Supervisors, who boldly volunteered or ‘conscripted’ to do out of norm tasks. The tasks can be overnight replay, graveyard shift replanogram, off-site special projects kind of services. These proven men & women are a special breed destined to grow with iMAXX! HooRah! SYABAS to our roving members of the SAS. Their dedication and commitment to carry out their special assignment had been a ‘ Mission Accomplished’! HooRah! The individuals in the SAS team are really making us very proud! You have always completed your assignment within record time, and all the outlets and client are pleased with the result. Fadilah, our DL South 3 SPV, got promoted and returned to HQ, as our new Operations Executive, reporting to Tisha. Her new position is that of Business Intelligence Executive (BIE) and later she will also take on field Operations.
