What is causing you most Stress? Well this August it seems those that participated in my survey need more time and more money. And that work is also a source of stress. Lots we can do here to reduce that stress just keep in touch with me as i'll be posting tips and helpful advice on building your resilience. Resilience is your buffer against stress and its harmful effects on your health and wellbeing. Thankfully no-one seems to be stressing about their kids or their commute. Family and partners are causing some stress so maybe take a little more time to listen carefully to them and try to see stressful situations from a different perspective. This will help you take a broader view, give you more information about the situation and help make communication smoother and more effective.
