Therefore, historical data relating to similar products such as comparable qualities, item sizes, price ranges and branch-specific sales figures must be used. FuturERS™ has developed an item profiling technique that has been tried and tested for many years. This method also considers product characteristics, the branch and allocation profile as well as size weightings in individual branches. Based on the current sales figures and trend analyses, determined by DataMining processes in the DataWarehouse, FuturERS™ identifies best and worst sellers at an early stage and initiates suitable measures, such as replenishment, recall, inter-branch transfer, branch-specific price changes etc.

  22. The Fashion Order allows fast order registration with direct limit control - including automatic creation of items in the item reference data. Naturally this also works if you are travelling, on your notebook! Purchase Order Management provides you with checklists for monitoring delivery dates, part deliveries, sample deliveries and import dates etc. On the basis of sales figures, current stock levels and trend information, recommended reordering figures are generated, which are placed as purchase orders with your supplier either automatically or after you have released them.
  23. FuturERS™ offers you a proven professional budget / limit system for purchase planning and monitoring based on your actual demand. The plan data are derived from your historical values, set as defaults, and you can then adjust them according to your needs. FuturERS™ allows you to export the plan data in order to process them using Microsoft Excel or other planning tools and to re-import the data if required. The process of controlling actual data shows the current variances between budget plan and actual data in the sales period. This process also gives you indications - accurate to day and size and colour - about branch-specific product shortages and surpluses. During the season, FuturERS™ provides you with constantly updated budget information, thus enabling you to respond promptly and specifically to unplanned situations.
  24. You can define the classification levels for the budget and limit system at your complete discretion: as main budget and as reference element in up to 2 additional secondary budgets. In the resulting planning and control structure you have manual and automated adjustment calculations at your disposal: top-down, bottom-up and time adjustment.

To increase the reliability of these inter-branch transfers you can use a &amp;quot;stock in transit&amp;quot;, i.e. irrespective of the physical, direct transfer of goods, the goods will not be booked to another branch in the system before a confirmation has come in. If no confirmation is received, the goods remain in the stock in transit of the consignor branch.
  41. To carry out company-wide item price changes, two functions are available: the &amp;quot;Set price change&amp;quot; and the &amp;quot;Area price change&amp;quot;. This type of price changes in the item reference data must be maintained in the head office; they are automatically transferred to the branches where they take effect on the date defined. From a statistical point of view, these price changes can be evaluated through the reduced/increased stock value.

  44. FuturERS™ supplies your POS system with all the information your sales staff needs for effective customer service. In addition to most up-to-date prices, cashier activities and branch-specific stock level information, supply management, customer administration and branch administration tasks are available at the POS stations.

The registration of a sales transaction consists of entering the cashier number, possibly the recipient (customer, personnel, branch in case of IBT, supplier in case of supplier return), goods registration (reference number, EAN code or product group) with number of pieces and price as well as registration of the payment types (cash, credit card, etc.). Two printers can be set up on which the receipt can be printed alternatively. Additional information such as purchasing information, item information, branch-specific stock levels, item picture, parallel sales transactions as well as direct price changes/discounts can be called up directly.
