2. During the interphase stage the cell doubles everything in the cytoplasm. The cell will have various functions within the organsim. Interphase can be broken up into 3 stages G1, S, G2.

3. Mitosis and Early Prophase, in Prophase the chromatin condense into chromosomes. During that, the centrosomes are creating mitotic fibers.

4. The spindle fibers complete the forming in the cell. The spindle fibers then connect to chromosmes at their centromere. Then the nuclear membrane dissapears. Late Prophase Chromosomes Spindle Fibers

5. Metaphase is when the Spindle fibers tug and pull on the chromosomes, into a single line across the middle of the cell.

6. Anaphase The spindle fibers begin to contract and shorten. That then pulls the centromere apart. That then allows the sister chromatids to move to opposite poles of the cells. Once the centromere separate , each sister chromatid is considered to be a chromosome.

7. Telophase This is the final stage of Mitosis. Now there is a complete set of chromosome at each pole. Then there are no spindle fibers in the cell anymore. The nuclear membrane forms around each set of chromosomes. The nucleolus is in each nucleus. The cell is now ready to divide.

8. Cytokinesis is when the cells go back to normal cells and are separated after Telophase. Cytokinesis

10. There is one chromosome from each parent that lines up in the middle of the cell. The matching chromosomes are referred to as homologous chromosomes. This is part of Meiosis 1 The matching chromosomes called Homologous chromosomes. The chromosomes from each parent.

11. The homologous chromosomes pairs separate by moving to the opposite sides of the cell. That movement then makes two daughter cells.

12. Each daughter cell inherits one chromatid. From that 4 haploid cells will be created. The haploid cells have half the chromosomes.One of the Haploid cells is a haploid egg cell. Two daughter cells Four haploid Cells Daughter cells have one chromatid. Half the chromosomes Haploid egg Cell
