     • Tripping, pushing                                    • Parent/Teacher communication
     • Play fighting                                        • Time to think form (optional for grades k-2, mandatory for 3-6)
     • Name calling                                         • Skyward documentation
     • Running at inappropriate times
Slightly Harmful:                                       Consequences (5 point)
     • Name calling, put-downs                              • 15 second staff/student communication
     • Insulting/disruptive remarks or behavior,            • Aggressive Behavior and Consequence (ABC) form
          uncooperative                                     • Parent/Teacher communication
     • Mean/rude gestures                                   • Time to think form (optional for grades k-2, mandatory for 3-6)
     • Rumors, mean notes                                   • Skyward documentation
     • Inappropriate language                               • 1 supervised recess/lunch or loss of fun activity
     • Graffiti, playing a mean trick
     • Throwing objects
     • Punching/fighting, hitting, kicking, elbowing,
          pinching
Harmful:                                                Consequences (10 points)
     • Threatening                                          • 15 second staff/student communication
     • Spitting                                             • Aggressive Behavior and Consequence (ABC) form
     • Throwing objects in anger                            • Parent/Teacher communication
     • Taunting/ridiculing/humiliating                      • Time to think form (optional for grades k-2, mandatory for 3-6)
     • Swearing                                             • Skyward documentation
     • Punching/fighting, hitting, kicking, elbowing,       • 1 supervised recess/lunch or loss of fun activity
          pinching                                          • Student calls home
                                                            • Possible in or out of school suspension
Seriously Harmful:                                      Consequences (20 points)
     • Punching/fighting, hitting, kicking, elbowing,       • 15 second staff/student communication
          pinching                                          • Aggressive Behavior and Consequence (ABC) form
     • Damaging property                                    • Parent/Teacher communication
     • Racial/ethnic or sexual name calling                 • Time to think form (optional for grades k-2, mandatory for 3-6)
     • Severe harassment or behavior that may               • Skyward documentation
          injure self or others                             • 1 supervised recess/lunch or loss of fun activity
     • Inappropriate touch                                  • Student calls home with administrator
     • Biting                                               • In or out of school suspension
     • Stealing
                                                            • Possible liaison officer consultation
                                                            • Parent meeting
                                                            • Possible expulsion
*Zero tolerance for weapons, ammunition, drugs or alcohol on school premises. *Cyber bullying will follow the rubric consequences
Consequences may be more severe in any above category based on the seriousness of the action.
10 points = Parent, teacher, and student meeting                                                        20 points = Conference with student, parents, teachers, administrator, and Corrective Action Plan drafted
40 points = Corrective Action Plan reviewed and notification of possible suspension/expulsion           60 points = Student referred to CCA Board of Directors for decision on status of school enrollment (expulsion)
Students receiving 80 total points during their k-6 career are referred to CCA Board of Directors for a decision on the status of school enrollment (expulsion)
