The Process
1. Infrared imaging to determine sludge accumulation in tank
2. Site survey determines existing  access points  and optimum placement of new access  points to create vortex effect.  Stinger units (jets) are next attached to inputs
Tank with stingers and circulating pump in place PSI-T4 is added to the tank, along with cutter stock (light crude) and process water
3. The sludge, now in a stable suspension,   can be transported to the refinery
WHY PSI? Non-manned entry to tank reduces insurance liability Our process de-gasses tanks andwe still adhere to monitoring the tank atmosphere with automatic shutdown features andgas detection with alarms.   Profit from recovered sludge can recover cost of cleaning Tank cleaning procedure cleanseffectively with no adverse effects on tank coating,  steam coils and other structures. Waste minimized for disposal. 3.    Transfer  to refinery of recovered sludge will clean pipelines         and can reduced future build–up PSI-W4 is non-toxic and biodegradable Systems are designed to comply with present and future environmental, safety and health  regulations. Closed-loop systems minimize hydrocarbon emissions to atmosphere.
