Step Back Protocol 1.  Presenter Shares:  5 minutes Decide which member of your group will share their reflections around these questions: As you reflect on your Wednesday PLC efforts, what has been working?  What challenges are you facing? Is there evidence that adult learning is translating into improved classroom teaching and learning?   Presenter shares--Participants take notes. 2.  Clarifying questions (evoke SIMPLE answers) 2 minutes 3.  Presenters “steps back” and takes notes while partners reflect together  *Warm feedback  2 minutes *”I wonder” feedback  2 minutes 4.  Presenters “rejoins” the conversation.   4 minutes
