Army Multimedia reports to the Director of Army Public Affairs and aims to connect with Canadians and help shape Army culture using modern communications. Formed in 2003, it is composed of 12 field production teams located across Canada that produce video, text, and imagery projects to share on the Army Multimedia website, through social media platforms, and other distribution channels. In 2008, over 800 projects were produced. Army Multimedia is also responsible for managing the army.gc.ca domain and its approximately 300 websites.
