  1. 1 、 Users can use any connected to the Internet terminal equipments to access and use the data and services anytime, anywhere in the cloud computing environment.The applications and principles of cloud computing technology in the education field promoted the coming of era of cloud learning [12] . It provides an open, shared,collaborative environment for professional development of teachers. With the characteristics of cloud computing, the teaching and research resources can be optimized, which promotes learning of teacher professional knowledge, skills and teacher literacy. With abundant video cases resources of cloud platform, virtual teacher learning community can become the virtual teacher education community 2 、 The main feature of this mode is the wealth of video teaching resources. The participants can meet the different needs of video resource, Because of the abundant video resource databases, which consist of the instructional cases videos like the demonstration classes of good teachers, normal classes of front-line teachers, and various types of videos of teaching and research activities. 3 、 Compared with the traditional teaching and research online, the network is more emphasis on collaborative teaching and research of group, the virtual teams are generally more objective and organized together to complete the teaching and research task. A certain level of hierarchy is presented in these teams and their collaboration is a social learning process; Interaction is the basis of the collaborative effect, that is concerned in this process. The network collaboration teaching and research is the thinking interaction between people-people instead of the acquisition and transmission of knowledge between human-computer. There are at least one objective shared by all members in the process of collaborative teaching and research, the sub-objectives requires a certain collaboration mechanisms to support the relationship of Interdependence, although they may be inconsistent.
