3. I want to include musical props such as
microphones, guitars, drumsticks ect. This is
because my magazine is a music magazine, and
these props fit the type of magazine. Also, in
most music magazines, the props used are
instruments, so using these will make my
magazine look more professional and eye-
catching.

5. I want to use some horror related items such as
skulls and crucifixes. This is because my
magazine is a rock magazine, hence such items
will go along with the theme of the magazine
and will add to the affect of it being dark and
brooding. I have noticed that other magazines
have used these items as props as well, so it
would no be out of the norm if I used them.

7. For the costumes, I will have my models wear all
black/ predominantly black as rock lovers usually
wear black, which connotes as rebelling against the
norms of society by wearing darker colours. This
will go hand-in-hand with the theme of my
magazine. I will also include some merchandise
from other bands/ films, this is because I want to
promote to the audience, that the band members
can also enjoy other music and other means of
entertainment, so the audience will feel more
connected with the magazine, which was my aim.
