- 5. Findings: HR Recruiters plan on using social networking to recruit candidates. They lean heavily on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to find people. Candidates who want jobs need to be found there. They also use LinkedIn, search engines, and Facebook to research potential candidates. Candidates should know what will be found.
