Advertising Means-  Advertising involves the process wherein a message is designed so as to promote a product, a thought, an idea or even a service. Advertising is a very wide concept which is perceived differently by different schools of thought and thus has many definitions to it. Some of the definitions to advertising are ,[object Object]
Advertising is a form of communication intended to persuade an audience (viewers, readers or listeners) to take some action.
From the above we can infer that Advertising is promotion, of a product or service. It is done by companies to maximize sales. Companies pay a premium for doing this promotion. Advertising could be done through billboards, movies, clothes, etc.,[object Object]
Mediums Of advertising - Print – Newspapers, Magazines, Brochures, Pamphlets ,[object Object]
Advertising via newspapers and magazines is a traditional and common way of Advertising products. Along with Ad's, the print media also offers options like promotional brochures and fliers for advertising purposes.

Outdoor advertising is another popular form of advertising, which uses several tools and techniques to attract the customers outdoors.
