software: e.g. Mediawiki, Wordpress, Adobe Connect, and personal newsfeed and social
networking technology. Drafted SharePoint road maps and analyzed network issues.
- Project Management: Launched Project Management Community of Practice
(PPMCOP) at State with support of Undersecretary for Management, other senior
managers and 300 attendees, and lead ongoing mentoring initiative. Helped coordinate
and staff State exhibit at USAID Knowledge Management Expo. Developed SharePoint
templates/methodologies in conference and migration management.

Facilitated 500 member IT “community of practice”; helped draft USAID Knowledge
Management Strategy; managed regional "IT for Development" project in Eastern
Europe; supervised training, web, and evaluations for Agency evaluation division.
Program Officer, USAID/Cairo, 1997-2001. Led e-commerce initiative, coordinated a
trade mission of 15 U.S. IT firms, and developed a $39 million IT development

Egypt.
