This one-day training course teaches project managers how to use Microsoft Project Professional 2013 in a Project Server environment. The course covers how to create and publish project plans to Project Server to enable collaboration, as well as how to manage project documents, issues, risks, and track deliverables within Project Server. Additional topics include creating project schedules, managing resources and resource assignments, viewing enterprise reports, and using Project Web App for task and project management. The goal is to provide project managers and schedulers with the skills to effectively create, update, and maintain projects using Microsoft Project Professional 2013.
