Blogging in Secondary Education
•   The study reports that using blogging
    for science and math is an easy was

    and allow them more help on
    problem solving. Teachers are trying
    to find new ways to use technology in

    creating additional forms of

Reflection
•   After reading my first
    article, it really brought to
    my attention of how
    helpful blogging is in so
    many careers. Teaching, I
    would say, is personally

    homework assignments
    must be done at
    home, and if they struggle
    with it, the students do not
    have many resources
    available to help them and
    if the teacher is blogging
    they can easily get to the
    website to assist them.

MY OWN OPINION
• As I compare my workload to a nursing
  students, I find that I am taking easier and less
  work courses. I can struggle in some of my
  classes, but I could not handle after classes
  which I cannot even pronounce the name of. I
  believe that courses that I take should provide
  blogging websites to help me, and I could only
  imagine the way a nursing student would agree
  to.
Case Study on Comprehension
                  “This exploratory study uses quantitative

                  gains in student comprehension, (2) the
                  relationship between writing medium (online
                  or hard copy) and student time on task, and
                  (3) student perceptions of blogging in the

                  turning in the blog entries they had to
                  complete a survey made from peers. The
                  survey showed no significant difference but
                  proving that the students spent less time on
                  writing the blog than they did in writing a
                  paper. The survey explained that the
                  students needed more guidance and help
                  from peers than what they have been
                  receiving.
Comprehension 101
• When children feel comfortable with themselves they can start to do
  better at their school. The students said that blogging would be more
  helpful with other things in the classroom such as instructions or more
  viewpoints to help with writing the paper but turning the paper in through
  a hardcopy not just the blog itself.
My thoughts and opinions..
• As a college student, I would feel more comfortable with
  having a blog to assist with my work. Although we use
  oncourse for our classes, I feel as though something more
  personable would help many students. I tend to struggle
  with my writing and I don’t always have time to get my
  things together and go to a writing lab, but if I could get on
  the blog and get a view points from pervious students or my
  professor, it would help me dramatically.

Teaching, I would say, is personally helpful because the student/teacher relationship can grow, as well as the student alone.   • 7. MY OWN OPINION • As I compare my workload to a nursing students, I find that I am taking easier and less work courses. I can struggle in some of my classes, but I could not handle after classes which I cannot even pronounce the name of. I believe that courses that I take should provide blogging websites to help me, and I could only imagine the way a nursing student would agree to.

  • 10. My thoughts and opinions.. • As a college student, I would feel more comfortable with having a blog to assist with my work. Although we use oncourse for our classes, I feel as though something more personable would help many students. I tend to struggle with my writing and I don’t always have time to get my things together and go to a writing lab, but if I could get on the blog and get a view points from pervious students or my professor, it would help me dramatically.
