Creation of Management Committees that are working committees that are small in size and composed of no more than 4 experts in a given area
These committees are fed info by the chair(s) of their larger sub-committees or their user goups
Governance – Constitution etc. Audit – formulating policy recommendation re: budget development and implementation, budget re-allocations, financial analysis of costs etc
Development – long range planning and propose new initiatives/ventures. Assessment –ID and recommend for adoption and application the effective measures that can be used to assess all service operations.

Circ procedures – to describe detailed policy procedures
Public Interface – advise the Implementation Committee on the public interface design for SILS
Tech advisory mgmt Cmtee – to advise on the development and implementation of the ILS with a focus on hardware, software and system matters
Tech Cmtee 2011 – develop and co-ordinate continuing implementation, training and education and professional development wrt a single integrated library system
Comm – recommend comm and marketing strategies
Policy – create initial policy recommendations- anticipate that work to be taken over by Assessment Committee
