Financial Arrangement J. P. King’s receives the 10% Buyer’s  Premium paid by the buyer. J. P. King funds up to a 2% Buyer  Broker commission through our Broker Incentive Program. The Seller is responsible for the funding the exposure, education and closure expenses in the amount of $178,223.00, which represents the Engagement Fee for this auction.
