The document discusses changes made to providing feedback to French language students. Previously, the teacher would provide individual feedback to students after their speaking exams by discussing their performance and handing out written feedback sheets. However, this used up class time and absent students did not receive feedback. To address these issues, the teacher now records students' speaking exams, creates individual electronic feedback folders for each student, and provides written and audio feedback by emailing each student their feedback form and a personalized audio file with examples and tips. While more time-consuming, this allows all students to receive personalized feedback they can keep and refer to later. Some challenges included technical issues with email attachments and the potential for mistakes in sending files to the wrong students.
