Research Findings ,[object Object],Out of the 10 people that I surveyed for this chart, my findings were as follows; -8 said they listened to music that corresponds with their emotions/feelings -3 said they do not listen to music that corresponds with their emotions/feelings Out of the 5 people that I surveyed for this chart, my findings were as follows: -1 listens to music to help them fall asleep -3 do not listen to music to help them fall asleep -2 (incl.the one that does listen to music & one that does not listen to music to help them fall asleep) sometimes listen to music to help them fall asleep . MUSIC as THERAPY
