1. MINDFULNESS AFFIRMATION

2. I am open to the experience of the present moment

3. I sense my BODY, whether eating, cooking, cleaning, talking, sitting, standing or lying

4. When I notice an absence of mind, I gently return to the experience of the here and now

5. I am able to love, trust & appreciate myself

6. I pay attention to the psycho-social conditionings behind my actions

7. I see my mistakes and difficulties without judging them

8. I feel fully connected to my experience in the here-and-now

9. I accept and embrace all unpleasant experiences

10. I am kind and friendly to myself when things go wrong

11. I watch my thoughts, feelings, emotions & impulse without getting lost in them

12. In difficult situations, I can pause & reflect without immediately reacting

13. I experience moments of inner peace and ease, even when things get hectic and stressful

14. I am patient with myself and with others

15. I observe how experiences arise and fade away

16. I am able to smile when I notice how I sometimes make life difficult

17. I am relax, calm and peaceful in the presence of here and now
