3. ASU Downtown To Test Classroom Podcasting Click Here for Article Brief Summary of Article 1: Arizona State University has taken the next step at advancing our collegiate classrooms. They have now switched to podcast lectures, which allows the students to have the information from lectures at their disposal portably. Podcasting is just an electronic file that allows the students to watch the lecture at anytime or anywhere on a computer or audio device. The students will be able to download these lectures from iTunes, which most students are already very familiar with. ASU is giving this technology a test run and hopes to see improved results due to this installation of podcasting in the classroom. Gabrielson, Ryan.(2006, August 27).
