IAQ The following information is mandatory Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Sex Offense, Purpose, Car and Attention Fields Custody Status, Contact Name and phone number Additional Fields include Operator OLN, Alien Registration #, Social Security Number, Passport Number, State or FBI Identification Numbers, and Parents Names.

IAQ Query is sent through NLETS to LESC Staff 8 separate databases are manually searched by Immigration agents 24/7 An IAQ response is returned to the inquiring agency & the local ICE Office Response times vary greatly contingent upon a number of variable demand levels and LESC staffing Urgent requests can be made by calling 1-802-872-6020 If the subject is deemed deportable, ICE will contact the inquiring agency
