2. The Mosaic Framework
■ Mosaic is a “process skeleton” which contains sets of practices and
predefined four roles with the so called Tile Owners, Supervisors,
Cell Masters and Targets.
■ Mosaic enables the creation of self-organizing sales and marketing
by encouraging citizen initiative and communication across the
service area.
■ A key implementations of the Mosaic systems for managing the
overall process is its crowd-sourcing web technologies.

6. Targets
■ Targets do not have any roles or functions. They are to be handled
with care in a positive way
■ Targets are the average Joe, a consumer that has not learned about
the value of the fibre connected community
■ Everyone starts as a Targets. Some can be recruited as Cell
Masters and even Supervisors.
■ All targets are to be registered on the Mosaic web

7. Cell Master: Roles and Functions
■ Anyone can signup to become a Cell Master
• Cell Masters are grass-root organized sales team
■ Cell Masters have access to standardized Sales & Marketing division
• Cell Master Sales Kit

• Access to incentive plans
■ They can use any methods
• Door knocking, phone calls, emailing, advertising, etc.
■ Cell Masters participate in official sales programs like;

8. Cell Master: Full House Incentive Program
NEIGHBOURHOOD
■ The Cell Master can participate in the well defined
Full House program
■ A Home Cell is defined by the closest 18 homes
■ They can use any methods
• Door knocking, phone calls, emailing,
advertising, etc.
■ For each signed-up customer in his/her Home Cell
the Cell Master gets a voucher for services that has
some financial value
■ For completing a Full House in its home cell the Cell Master gets an
additional reward in cash
• They can only get this once, as a cell is defined by the cell master’s
closest home

9. Supervisor: Roles and Functions
■ The Supervisor communicates with its team of Cell Masters and its
Tile Owner
■ Responsible for identifying and recruiting 9 Cell Masters within its
sector
• The Tile Manager organises each sectors with the Supervisors
■ Responsible for facilitating each of the 9 Cell Masters
■ Responsible for the Monthly Open Meetup

■ The Tile Owner reports to the company’s Marketing Director
■ Responsible for the overall Mosaic process framework
■ Responsible for identifying and recruiting 9 motivated Supervisors in
its Tile
■ It’s function is to facilitate and motivate its Supervisors making sure
they all have the tools needed
■ Tile Owners plan Meetups in their area where Supervisors and Cell
Masters can be recruited, trained and facilitated
