8. Additional remarks / mental notes
A successful strategy is no one-size-fits-all: tailored
approaches, tools and messages adapted to audiences
Successful communication is an ongoing process, not a onetime event. Adaptation: it is important to “keep at it” just as being flexible and creative in responding to changing
conditions
Resources need to be properly budgeted: tools and activities
tailored to the level of time and human and financial resources
available
