2. LOOKING BACK AT YOUR
PRELIMINARY TASK, WHAT
DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE
LEARNT IN THE
PROGRESSION FROM IT TO
THE MAIN TASK
3. WHAT DID I LEARN
• I learnt to plan my shots out better and work out a suitable of them to be
shot it. For my final product I created a shot list.
4. • I decided to make all creative decisions well before hand and not on
the day.
I made plans for
shooting
well in advanced.
5. • I had shot the scene of the person going through the door in
my preliminary task and then in my final project. By using this
it allowed me to know how to frame the scene and the order in
which to film the shot.
6. • I learnt how to frame the shot better so that there was less
background and so that the were in the middle of the shot. It
also helped me to get the right height for the camera so that I
got all of the person in the shot.
7. CHANGES IN CAMERA
• I have changed camera since my preliminary task from a Fuji s9600 to
a Samsung HMX-Q10. The main difference between the cameras is
that the Fuji s9600 is that it did not film in HD where as the Samsung
HMZ-Q10. The differnce in the way that the film turned out was very
different becuase of the HD which made the filmming clearer and look
more professional.
8. CHANGES IN SOFTWARE
• For my Preliminary Task I used IMovie to edit the footage and put all the
peices together. However for the main task I used Adobe Premier Pro to
put all of the footage together.
